How to raise a ticket

  1. Login to portal
  2. Click "Create Ticket"
  3. Select Category & Asset
  4. Choose Priority (P1–P4)
  5. Submit and track using Ticket ID

Priority guide

P1 Critical: System down
P2 High: Department issue
P3 Medium: Single user issue
P4 Low: Request / change
For critical issues (P1)

Call support directly — SLA starts after ticket acknowledgment.
